Bio: 

Hello everyone, I’m a Yoga Teacher here in Byron and my name is Jenna.
I started on my own Yoga journey 6 years ago and undertook my first teacher training 4 years ago whilst living in Bali.
I have undergone many teacher trainings and spend my days with my head in the books still studying the ancient teachings of this very special practice. I’m inspired to teach after having Yoga benefit my life in so may ways.


My main passion is helping clients use the yoga tools as means of aids to help in the stressful times of life. These tools can also be leant on to prevent those stressful times occurring less and with not as much impact.


My goal is to have you leaving a class more grounded, revitalized and happier than when you arrived on the mat!
Ultimately holding space, inspiring and having fun is what I Iove to share in my classes

Fernanda 

Bio:

 

Fernanda is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher at Byron Yoga Centre. She seeks to offer her students the opportunity to respect and explore their restrictions and emotions through pranayamas and asanas. For her, Yoga is a universal transformative tool that helps people to interpret life from different perspectives, keeping mind, body and spirit connected.

Lauren

Lauren’s love of pilates stems from her many years as a gymnast and dancer in the United States. After moving to Australia in 2017, she landed in Byron Bay where she studied Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and Barre with Barre Body. She is passionate about creating and connecting movements that feel good, flow seamlessly and challenge you to build strength and flexibility.
